Fantastic location. Breakfast was below par.

Our room was a little tired.

Its location is amazing. Reception area is nothing special but the rooms are super comfy and clean.

Convenient location

all went well only that i had to call for more tissues and the shower gel was not being refilled {we stayed for 7 days and we were 3 persons in a room]. location is okay, safe and walking distance to eateries. Door men were very kind. Hats off to them. Otherwise all good.

Other guests didn't realise that there were people in other rooms and they kept yelling in front of their door and in the corridor

The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel had a Starbucks self-service coffee maker downstairs which I liked. It was total value for money, and walking distance from all the malls, such as Lot 10 and Pavilion, although we couldn't walk there much since it was raining the whole time. It rains a lot during Christmas time, so always carry a rain coat and umbrella!

I didn't like that early check in and late check out was unavailable, since we were travelling with a young child. Even so, the hotel did end up providing a relatively earlier check in for us, which was nice.

I loved the service: fast check in / out, nice room, location-

* I think a smaller shorter pillow might be great- i couldn't use the plush fluffy ones- and ended up slepping without, mattresses/ linen were very good. *I think the coffee sachets and milk were a bit hard to open, they should tell their supplier.

A little pricey

The staff was very helpful. It was a clean hotel.

The breakfast buffet was of very low quality. The kitchen was under renovation and the partner restaurant ‘ Nawab Restaurant’s ‘ food was of low quality.

This was my second stay in KL and this place is right in the market, bar, night club, street food area. It is happening.

On lower floors can be slightly noisy.

Good location near the food district to explore by foot. We had our flight back home late in the evening and we could leave our luggage at the reception all day. When picking up the luggage we were allowed to take a shower near the fitness/gym area which was very convenient! Breakfast was good. Many options, with fresh omelet.

The 2 airconditioners were located outside the main bedroom on the balcony with a lot of noice.

I loved the entire experience from the hotel, staff n location. Friendly n helpful.. located near many eateries n bar n massage joints.. room was excellent.. clean n well maintained.. very accommodating n kept up with their standards.. Staff at Front desk was extremely helpful.. Ayu, kairhul n another gentleman..

Only setback was no room service after midnight till 10am.. no restaurant within the hotel as it s under upgrading.. otherwise all was so good..

I've stayed here many times, and overall I like the rooms and the staff, and of course the location. Ms Ayu on reception is an absolute star, always welcoming and very considerate, and nothing is too much trouble for her: a great asset to the hotel Worth being aware that the Blu Apron restaurant has closed down, so there is currently no in-house dining nor bar. Apparently a new restaurant will be opening in a few months. Meanwhile breakfast is operated by the pool and is of a good standard.

Sorry to all readers who aren't interested in gyms! I wrote about the woeful state of the gym at the Ramada a few months ago, so was sad to see that no improvements have been made whatsoever. It is a complete disgrace: broken or worn out equipment, no exercise mats, the weights section still 'under maintenance' as it has been for a very long time; no water, no functioning aircon and, most worryingly, no disinfectant to wipe down equipment. I met with the very pleasant GM, Mr Francis, to discuss the state of the gym, and in particular to ask whether some disinfectant could be provided immediately. And of course, finally a long overdue upgrade be undertaken. I'm now back at the hotel, ten days later, and regrettably nothing has been done. I travel a lot with my work, and can safely say this is the worst, most unhygienic and unsafe gym I have encountered anywhere in the world. No exaggeration. Mr Francis is concerned that guests staying on the 'non-Ramada' floors of the building may and do cause damage : the simple solution would be to ban those floors from using the gym, and/or get the owners of those rooms to contribute to an upgrade and ongoing maintenance of the gym. The gym door has a (currently not functional) key entry system, so this would be easy to implement. Meanwhile : the gym is really an insult to the guests of a hotel which performs well in most other respects. I for one will not stay here again until I know the gym is in a proper state.
